This site covers most forms of retail trade in general and networks or chains in particular, whatever their sector of activity: restaurants, hotels, spa & wellness, hairdressing, perfumery, luxury grocery store, optical… The point of sale is the centre of concerns because this is where, first, the customers are and, secondly, the cash flow necessary to growth is generated.

It is aimed at owners, operation and marketing people, managers or franchisees, including independent shop owners, in short, at anyone who is interested in improving the performance of a point of sale or of a network as well.

It gives you information on the area and the nature of the missions that are made or proposed 
   - In an inseparable combination of marketing, sales and service 
   - In the scope of marketing management, i.e. improving whatever exists with the current data.  

The site also allows you to read a few clients quatations, see contacts and partners, access to documentation for the many articles I have published and read the news page.
